After signing up, make sure Cells are charged and within 1 meter of your phone. Follow the app instructions to connect.

Make sure that: a. Cells are charged. To check their battery: place them on the charger or knock on them twice. b. Cells are within 1 meter of your phone. c. Cells are awake. The Cells might enter sleep mode when left idle for a while, lightly shake them to wake them up again.
