Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hiveact. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of your purchase date. Please read the details below to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition.

  • Any accessories, manuals or other items included with the product must also be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization:

    • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

  3. Pack and Ship the Item:

    • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and other items that came with the product.

    • Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.

    • Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refund:

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that are damaged, used or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.

  • Items returned without a RAN or beyond the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Important Notes:

  • Hiveact is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Please note that original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
