Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the last item of your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you can initiate a return directly from your account under "Orders", or contact our customer service team at info@hiveact.com.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item on the order.

  • Products may be opened for inspection, but must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and functioning.

  • Any accessories, manuals or other items included with the product must also be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

You can start a return in two ways:

  • Self-serve: Log in to your account, go to your Orders, and follow the return instructions.

  • Contact us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@hiveact.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Hiveact is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of use beyond inspection purposes.

  • Items returned beyond the 14-day return period.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
