Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition.
Any accessories, manuals or other items included with the product must also be returned.

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization:
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Pack and Ship the Item:
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and other items that came with the product.
Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that are damaged, used or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
Items returned without a RAN or beyond the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Hiveact is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
